PROGRAM INFORMATION - Why a Structured Program? Because by yourself you’ve tried every diet or behavior change plan you could get your hands Many compulsive overeaters struggle with symptoms such as hiding or sneaking food, eating alone, and preoccupation with and loss of control over food. They eat when already full and use food to medicate or avoid feelings and social relationships. As a result they often experience shame, guilt, anxiety, depression, and isolation. The Transforming Your Food Attitude program is not another diet. It is a unique non-restrictive approach to resolving the compulsions underlying the eating disorder or disordered eating. |
